Why Anvaya
The Purpose
- India’s innovation ecosystem is rich in ideas – but fragmented in execution. Public funding goes unused. Corporate R&D stays siloed. Academic research rarely reaches the field. Anvaya bridges these gaps through structured co-creation.
Summit Vision
- To advance India's global leadership in innovation by linking industry and academia to build jobs, solve national issues, and promote inclusive growth nationwide.
Summit Mission
- To catalyze a national innovation ecosystem where policy, industry, and academia co-design scalable solutions turning ambition into impact. Anvaya convenes senior policymakers, corporate leaders and academic changemakers to rewrite the rules of innovation support, unlock funding, and activate real-world collaboration.
The Innovation Imperative - The Problem We Are Solving
Underutilized Public Funding
Innovation grants remain unclaimed-not due to lack of need, but because application processes are opaque, fragmented, or misaligned with grassroots realities.
Regulatory and Procurement Friction
Corporates want to pilot agri-tech or clean energy solutions in rural markets-but face unclear rules, slow approvals, or no pathways for procuring from startups or JLGs.
Isolated Academic Innovation
Students and researchers innovate in silos-without access to mentorship, market validation, or policy support to turn prototypes into livelihoods or scalable ventures.
Missing Cross-Sector Coordination
Policymakers, corporates, and academia operate in parallel tracks. Without structured collaboration, even the best ideas die in the gap between vision and implementation.
Innovation Enablement Framework
Catalyzing India's Innovation Ecosystem through Collaborative Action
Policy as the Engine of Innovation
Senior leaders launch a national dialogue on how public policy can actively enable - not just fund - grounded, scalable innovation.
PolicyFrom Campus to National Mission
University and school leaders co-design pathways to align student innovation, research, and curriculum with real-world challenges and public funding.
EducationCorporate Unconference: Co-Creation
Corporates self-organize into action circles - identifying barriers, shaping policy inputs, and committing to pilots, mentorship, or procurement.
CollaborationNational Innovation Enablement Compact
VKF presents a living framework - co-built with stakeholders - that maps funding access, cross-sector roles, and measurable actions to unlock India's innovation potential.
