Call Centre Calling Executive

We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Call Centre Calling Executives. The role involves connecting with the community, spreading awareness about our social impact programs, collecting data, and mobilizing participation for various social initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals and community members to inform and educate them about social welfare programs and services.
• Collect feedback, data, and basic survey inputs over the phone.
• Maintain accurate and detailed call records in internal systems.
• Explain program objectives clearly in Kannada.
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups or escalations.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and ensure quality conversations.
• Provide courteous and empathetic responses to queries.

• Candidates with no prior work experience (freshers) are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with up to 6 months of relevant experience in telecalling, customer service, community engagement, or similar roles will also be considered.

• Education: Any graduation (open to all streams).
• Language: Must be fluent in Kannada; knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Local Preference: Bengaluru candidates preferred for cultural and language familiarity.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Passion for social causes and community engagement is highly appreciated.
